About Arrow Accounting Co.
Arrow Accounting Co. started in July of 2021 – the brainchild of CEO and founder, Kara Barnes. Arrow Accounting Co. is a modern day accounting firm focusing on small businesses accounting processes including bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, payroll and business tax preparation.
Our small business clients include fast food chains, manufacturing facilities, construction companies (both commercial and residential), lawn care services, professional offices, and bowling alleys. In addition to providing small business accounting functions, we also prepare individual taxes and tax planning.
We are experienced in implementing strategic technologies to help your small business save time and money on your accounting needs – whether in house or off-site.

About Kara
Kara Barnes grew up in the heart of small businesses, Wooster, Ohio! She currently resides in Dalton, going back to her Wayne County roots, after spending six years in the Columbus area (Go Buckeyes!).
When she is not doing tax preparations or other accounting duties, she enjoys traveling (especially by motorcycle), her dog, Daisy, and volunteering wherever she can.
She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, while currently finishing up her MBA. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and her past experience includes auditing, tax preparation, and internal auditing in the banking industry.
